Join the team at BIHA to help bring affordable housing opportunities to the community! Assists the Housing Department in administering BIHA Housing Programs in accordance with BIHA, HUD,
Federal, State, Local and Alaska Landlord tenant laws, procedures, policies and regulations. Responsible for verifying applications including interviewing and orienting applicants regarding program participation. Initiates, schedules and manages the annual tenant recertification process. This position is full-time, permanent, and benefitted (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Ins, PTO, Holidays, Retirement – PERS, SBS) with opportunity for advancement.
Pay Grade 4-5 (range starting at $28.14 – 32.46/hr. DOE).

Summer Groundskeeper

The position of Summer Groundskeeper performs general maintenance and landscaping duties on BIHA properties and adjacent grounds. It is full-time, temporary with a wage of $26/hr.
