Come join the friendly staff at Baranof Island Housing Authority! Welcome and assist visitors and clients at BIHA’s office on Katlian St. Provide office admin and clerical support. Position is full time (at least 30 hrs/week), perm, includes benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, PTO, Holidays, Retirement – PERS, SBS). Pay Grade 1-2 (starting wage no less than $20.32/hr. Salary DOE/Q).
FT PERM MAINTENANCE LABORER
Baranof Island Housing Authority. Perform building maintenance, grounds care and custodial duties as part of BIHA’s Maintenance Department. This position is full time, permanent, and includes benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life/STD/LTD, PTO, Holidays, Retirement – PERS, SBS). Pay Grade 4-5 (starting at $23.12/hr. or DOE).
