Baranof Island Housing Authority (BIHA) in Sitka, AK is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide Financial Audit Services for the years ending September 30, 2026, 2027, and 2028.
Audit services must be in conformance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) and all authoritative pronouncements, statements, and standards including, but not limited to The
Single Audit Act, State of Alaska 2 AAC 45.010, 2 CFR 200 Subpart F and NAHASDA.
