2022 has been a big year for BIHA tenants in our homeownership programs. Three households have paid off their loans and are now the proud owners of their homes! BIHA has helped more than 70 households become homeowners since 1984. Our newest homeowners have taken between 10 and 12 years to achieve their goal. BIHA is developing a new homeownership program that we intend to launch in 2023.
