Due to the increasing numbers of positive COVID-19 cases in Sitka, our office will remain closed to the public until further notice. For your safety and the safety of our staff we will continue to practice social distancing and limit in person contact as much as possible. If you have any documentation or payments that need to be submitted to BIHA, you may put them in an envelope and place in one of our 2 drop box locations either at the BIHA building 245 Katlian Street, or in the 100 block of Indian River Road attached to the Maintenance garage. If you’re a resident in our Monastery Senior Housing complex, you can place all documentation or payments in the drop slot of the office in the 414 Hollywood Way building. This is a friendly reminder that the BIHA Rent and Utility Relief Program ends on August 31, 2020. Beginning September 1, 2020, your monthly statement will reflect the amount due for utilities and rent.
