We are pleased to announce that Cliff Richter will be re-joining our team as BIHA’s new Executive Director. Cliff is a licensed professional civil engineer and most recently served as Municipal Engineer for the City & Borough of Sitka for the past 2 years.
Everyone at BIHA would like to extend a big thank you to David Goade for his 5 years of service as BIHA’s Executive Director. David began working for BIHA in 2015 and retired June 30, 2020. David intends to remain in Sitka with his family after he retires and enjoy the great outdoors.
Due to the increasing numbers of positive COVID-19 cases in Sitka, our office will remain closed to the public until further notice. For your safety and the safety of our staff we will continue to practice social distancing and limit in person contact as much as possible.
